  • We then conduct an extensive search for qualified candidates, often targeting passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new employment.


  • This approach is typically used for high-level executive and leadership positions or for positions that are critical to our client's success.


  • Retained searches are highly specialized and provide a high level of service, often guaranteeing the placement of a suitable candidate.


  • This model has a fixed fee of 20% of the successful candidates' first year's annual salary
